Who is responsible
Zanoris is responsible for the operation of this website and the processing described in this notice. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@zanoris.ie.
Information we process
When you visit the website, basic technical information may be processed to deliver and secure the service, such as your device type, browser, requested pages and approximate location derived from an IP address. If you contact us, we process the details you choose to provide so that we can respond.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is configured on this website to help us understand visits, traffic sources and interaction with pages. Google Consent Mode initially sets analytics storage to denied. If you give Analytics consent, the consent signal changes to granted and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. If you do not consent, analytics storage remains denied. You may reject Analytics without losing access to the website.
Advertising
The consent controls include an optional Advertising category in preparation for a possible future Google AdSense integration on selected Insights pages. No advertising tag is currently installed. Choosing Advertising now only records your preference and updates Google Consent Mode signals; it does not activate or install advertising technology. If advertising technology is added later, this notice will be updated and consent will be respected before consent-dependent advertising storage is used.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary storage is used for basic website operation and to remember your privacy choice. Optional Analytics and Advertising preferences are stored locally in your browser and applied across the website. You may accept all, reject non-essential technologies or select each optional category separately. Use “Cookie Settings” in the footer at any time to withdraw or change consent. You can also clear stored choices through your browser settings.
Google Consent Mode
Before you make a choice, analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are all set to denied. Accept All grants those four signals. Reject Non-Essential keeps all four denied. Custom preferences control Analytics separately from the three Advertising signals. Consent Mode communicates these choices to Google tags; it does not itself install advertising services.
Google services
Google may process data as an independent provider when Analytics or AdSense is enabled. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy and learn how Google uses information from partner sites.
Legal bases and retention
Optional analytics and advertising technologies rely on consent. Communications are processed to respond to your request and support legitimate business administration. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, legal obligations and the protection of legitimate interests.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Contact hello@zanoris.ie to make a request.
